Been in the music production hobby on and off since 2006. Never ever came across ANYTHING that delivered on promises of magic. Until this. Seriously if you buy NOTHING ELSE buy this, stick it on your mix bus and you'll understand. This is an absolute blessing of a thing.

Too much hype
Did get that as everyone here appraised it so much, but was kind of disappointed. Essentially, it's a good compressor, with its own kind of punchy, forward sound (actually, pretti delicate effect) and long, steep learning curve. To my surprise, I was able to get similar tones (a also a lot of others!) with my existing, modern plugins - and actually it's easier to dial them in. Seems this will be another bought, but not used products.

Not finding value so far
Got it as a part of bundle, was a waste of money - this is very good emulation of very old hardware, not really fitting modern workflows. It has very limited controls, so basically it's another plugin I got because of UA marketing/sales/bundles games, but I will keep using my old plugins

Now this is how Tape saturation plugins should be made. thinking that the consumer may ( or may not) needs to control the way saturation is applied to every track... Very nice! A lot of flexibility and it sounds AMAZING.
