Good sound quality but very unstable
Though they sound good, they tend to crash my DAW way too often. System overload when using only a few tracks, as opposed to other plugins that I can load on 100 tracks and not cause any overload with the same buffer size. Support team still hasn’t replied so I don’t know what to say. I would ask for my money back if someone replied and stick to Logic Pro stock plugins. Too bad for the sound. Maybe it’s an issue only with the UADx.

Excelent Bundle for producers and artists, includes everything that you need for sound like a giant studio just in your room. The only problem is the “cloud” licences, because i have internet problems and the authentication from UA Connect has to be open so many times (including ilok).

Hi!!
Overall I’m pretty happy with the software..
Just one thing every time I try to use it I have to go through a log in process which is kind of a pain in the ass..
I mean if I have to do that every single time I might as well have downloaded a cracked one..

I have got many hardware synths but Polymax soft is just phatt and sounds very clear. Easy to operate guy :)

Nice collection
A very nice collection of products, but would have been nice to see a discount for all the ones one might have from before... Still, a few new ones made it worth it at the price.

Bought the signature bundle and actually didn't really feel like i wanted this plugin, after buying the bundle and using it it was a shocker! Probably the most interesting sounding modulation effects i have on any VST synth.

Classic color!
It's quite amazing, so far the best recreation of this hardware, hands down. Lots of times I just put on any of the track to have that fine coloration and saturation, even without limiting.

I have been a Teletronix LA2A (hardware) user for many years, and I can assure you that the UAD modeling has impressive realism! Congratulations on this masterpiece!

Sono molto soddisfatto dei plugins contenuti in questa offerta, l'unica cosa che non mi aspettavo è stata l'autorizzazione nel "Cloud" di iLok invece che sul computer come era avvenuto con l'installazione del compressore in omaggio "LA 2A", certamente avrei preferito questa seconda opzione !

O Pultec Passive Eq vem sendo parte das minhas mixagens a muito tempo, gosto do caracter que ele tras para o audio, principalmente para os grupos de voz, violões e mix bus. Acho prático girar alguns botões e rapidamente o som ganhar ganhar personalidade.

Sluggish on iMac M1 and constant UA Connect Issues
3 stars for the awesome sounding plugins, but I’ve had nothing but issues since downloading this. Working on a 2022 iMac M1 and Logic Pro is struggling when I use any UA plugins. UA Connect also keeps asking me to activate my license almost every time I open Logic. Sometimes UA Connect won’t even open. Not too happy with the user experience for UA plugins. They’re great…when they actually work.

Really impressed… After using lots of other non-UAD plugins, I got to say that specially the pultec’s and LA-2A’s are so simple to use but yet so powerful… I don’t think I’d ever used any other plugin that gives me the same satisfying results as these… Now I use the pultec’s and LA-2A’s in every single track!!

Outstanding value - finally I can afford UAD quality!
I took advantage (without hesitation!) of the very special pricing for the Essentials bundle, having spent a few happy days with the free LA-2A. I had always wanted to check out the UAD native offerings but to be honest, the pricing was out of my range. I'm still struggling to get my business back on it's feet after the fallout from the pandemic all but destroyed it.
So, when first the free LA-2A and then the discounted bundles were announced, I leapt at the chance. For $49 (usually £299) the Essentials bundle represents extraordinarily good value and puts UAD quality at my fingertips.
My specific interest is the LA-2A and Pultec collections, and those are where I have spent most of my time so far. If the 1176 collection - even just one of them - had been included instead of the other plugins, I would have paid double, but that's really because I have no interest in the synth, and I already have a decent collection of reverb, tape and delay plugins. At the moment I can't afford the £299 (or even the current £149) asking price for the 1176 collection - and I'd probably only use one of them anyway!
Sonically, the plugins in the bundle (those that I have used so far) are outstanding. Like most of us, I can't compare them with original hardware units, so I can't comment on how accurate they are as emulations. But what I can say is the combination of the LA-2A and the Pultec EQP-1A has made a massive impact on vocals, both sung (other people's) and spoken (mine).
I'll be trying them out on other sources, specifically electric bass and acoustic guitar, as soon as I get a chance and I am very much looking forward to seeing how they perform. At the moment, though, for vocals they are superb. If the other bundled plugins are in the same league (and I have no doubt they will be) I'll almost certainly be retiring a few staples in my mixing arsenal.
