i bought the mix edition bundle. i can't get them to load through UA Connect. So basically I paid for nothing. Can't get support to help.

My go-to compressors!
I have never used a compressor that much! It instantly gives me the feeling of „sounds right!“ no matter what i use it on. It’s super good on vocals but i enjoy compressing drums with it as well because it’s gain adds a very pleasant saturation. The character and smoothness really make a difference. Super easy to use and highly recommended!

quite the sleeper... one of the hidden gems in the native lineup. love the EQs and the ability to flip the two back and forth and they keep the settings for a quick A/B

When I think of mixing I have a picture of a vintage console and a tape machine, not that you need either, it’s just that the best records (when recorded well) didn’t go without passing through these circuits. I was in need of something to balance my record, and needed what ever I used not to remove what sizzled in my ears. This tape machine brought music to my master. I guess you can say am now a believer of old school technics. Try it, it’s magic.

Lush, lush, lush!
This is such a tasty plug in. It's a perfect way to capture those swirly late 60's guitar tones from players like George Harrison and Eric Clapton. And it's also very tweakable, I've only scratched the surface of it's lushness , and can't wait to dig into it further

the 2500 is one of my favorite bus comps although i have never actually used the hardware but i have tried the lot of plugins and to my ear the uadx version seems wider and the dual mono a little more 'playful'. it is not as thick sounding as the others out there but it is tighter and a well rounded bottom. thanks again to ua for putting this out in native form and for selling perpetual licenses. this one has made my day

Very Creative!
I had the Real Thing and I can say, is not the exact thing but it's very useful and creative tool for other sources than a Hammond! That been said I do recommend this plugin. No Plugin will be like the real thing, Never, but with UAd we have a good representation of all the good tools used to make all the music we all love! Will love it in the DSP version also!

A hit every time!
I'm using this on tambourines, claps, snares, vocals, and on the whole mix. I have about 20 other reverbs, and this sounds amazing! Along with some of the Lexicon emulations, this is one of my favourite reverbs. If you're looking for vintage vibe, it's unbeatable.

Building a sound chain
When your software is built properly you don't have to update it or its license every year at an additional cost. You aren't subject to copies and emulations of the originals. With the Mix Edition I have quality to work with that others write about. I added the UAD Fairchild, an external sidechain Q3-EQ and a plugin chainer rack by others. First sound is great. I can work with that. - Shall
