The best Channel Strip on the UAD platform
The API Channel Strips for UAD have always been really good. Really easy to dial in to get what you want. Gate on this is awesome and can be dialed in for any situaiton. Especially if you want an all-purpose Unison enabled channel strip, this is the way to go in my opinion.

It's popular for a reason...
This would be my desert island plugin. No other plugin gives me the "finished", "polished" sound as good as this one. I highly recommend combing through the presets. Many, many times there is one that will work very well for your mix, but adjust just one setting thereafter, and you could through it off. Read the manual, learn what does what, or like a kid learns just push buttons until you find what works for you. This isn't just for technical expertise, have fun with this thing!

Simply, If you have Apollo you must have this plugin to complete your gear. Fantastic, simple, immediate, with the right presets, great sound.

A new boutique UAD plugin that gives me a choice of tonal signal on my recording tracks on voices and any accustic instrument. It gives me a tonal character with clarity, musical energetic musical sound that it's so versatile that it's one Channel Strip mic pre that must have as a first choice for everything. Universal Audio you really created an unbelievable emulation compared to the hardware unit that sounds identical. It's deminantelly a musical box that sounds like thousands of dollars.
