Manley VOXBOX--Great to have the preamp--Other controls too small in the GUI
Looked in vain for an option to view it in different sizes. I own a real hardware version of the VoxBox, and I can hear the characteristics in the preamp simulation. So bravo on the sound, but I know I'll shy away from using the expanded capabilities until there's an option to look at it larger.

Mellow and sweet
I think it's a great plugin software, I use it a lot in tracking to keep voices and acoustic guitars under control. The equalizer works very well And it is very kind, as well as the de esser and compression. Generally it's really easy to do gain staging and I think I'll use it a lot in the future.

It’s my new favorite compressor on mix bus and drum bus for sure! Only complaint is that I had been wanting this plugin for a while. I waited for Black Friday/ Cyber Monday and got it for $150 as it was “on sale.” A week later it went on sale for $39. I paid 5 times as much

a very good compressor
I recently bought a Volt1 and also the 1176 bundle. I chose this instead of the Volt176 to give myself more control over the compression on the track with the 1176 in the 'FX in' slot. It's working very well for me. The 1176 is also useful in many other spots in my mixes.

This is a unique and beautiful EQ. From the middle cut knobs to the cut and boost per frequency band, the choices between shell and bell boost and cut (ohhh my the amount of volume you can add or remove). FLEXIBLE. The cross over points from the frequencies. This is really a great plugin with so much to offer. It works beautifully on bass… clear transparent and musical. I use this on multiple other instruments as well…

The plugin sounds great! As soon as you use it on one element of your mix you can already feel the depth, the dynamic, eq & chamber modules sound great! The reverb mode is great on vocals & great on drums in parallel!

Apenas lo empiezo a probar y me parece buenísima herramienta,esta muy completo, excelente para grabar voces y o procesarlas, así como en muchas aplicaciones mas .vale mucho la pena. Usarlo al grabar simplifica y hace mas rapido el proceso de mezcla, obteniendo muy buenos resultados

I rarely write reviews...just lazy I guess. But these EQs really sound fab. They are both very musical and have the warmest high end I think I've ever heard. They will both be seeing a lot of work in my sessions.

I was impressed within seconds of setting up this plug-in. The room modelling is so full of character that every instrument I tested opened up to a new dimension. The choice of mics and the movement of mic placement offers such a wide range of possibilities that I was simply blown away.
