Its sound great.
With all the great stuff UAD offers I'm a little disappointed in how poor the dsp usage is not properly tuned between plugins and hardware equipment. With 2 quads, an apollo quad, and an octo processor for doing things like running numerous Capitol chambers plugs, you start to see the flaws come out. Sometimes I can run 8 or 9 instances of the verbs and sometimes you can't even get 2 or 3 to load without disabling. Then it disables random things and when your into a massive session this starts to become a problem when it takes 5 minutes to reload the session. However, I will say I'll just continue to bite the bullet, reload sessions and work around the many many errors because this is the best reverb available. Nothing even comes close. As for dsp errors, this is the only plugin that has them. I gave it three stars for the inability to use the device more than once consistently, even with a ton of dsp hardware.

To add some sizzle, this thing's the shizzle.
You can easily go overboard with this, so be careful. But that's only because it sounds so dang impressive at just about any setting. If only the listening audience wanted to hear the qualities of reverb chambers all day instead of a snappy melody!

So I purchased the plug in and run a sample chop & drum / snare through it.. let me tell ya. Unreal!!
I have my work cut out for me because I’m going back and touch up all my mixes with this plug-in. I am going to buy the hardware one but the Avalon plugin is the way to go. Thanks UAD

Avalon VT-737 Disabled
Love the hardware version of the VT-737. I updated my software to receive the Avalon VT-737 plugin along with a few other plugins for free. Sadly none of them work for me, opens with "disabled" or "start demo". Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction to get going! Thanks !

I finally have the professional studio sound I've been searching for. With Manley's high-fidelity tube mic preamp, vactrol optical compressor, Pultec-style passive EQ, and de-esser/limiter, my Sennheiser MKH 416 and Peluso 2247 SE tube microphones sound amazing. I'm booking more Voice Over gigs and my clients are blown away by my Pro Studio sound!

Some suggestions on Apollo software
I am very happy to receive the questionnaire from your company. The software and drivers of Apollo are all in English, but there is no Chinese version. I am a little disappointed. I hope you can add the Chinese version when you update in the future. Thank you very much! Wish your company better and better! So Close to the real thing.
This is an amazing sounding piano. I can't believe it. It feels very much like a studio grand and the micing is impeccable.
You can tell it was rushed to release. The damper sound is super weird and loud and there is not control over it. Recording at 96 KHZ is not practical at this time it starts to break up. Would like control over that. I can't wait till this gets cleaned up cuz it's gonna sound so good.

In demo mode in LUNA. Will purchase for sure!
Sounds awesome! not to mention the amazing preset browser in LUNA. It makes auditioning presets and switching virtual instruments so fast and intuitive. Nicely Done UA! Don't listen to the other negative douche canoe whining about it only being for LUNA.

Quality VST's are super hard to come by, but this, this is insane. Ive never heard anything sound more Moog than a Moog before. 12/10 a must have for sound design and production!!!

Awesome for Acoustic Guitar and Vocals
Intuitive and very straight forward to find the right sound. The only suggestion is that when using a pre-set, it would be nice to see the one loaded so if you end up changing it, you can easily dial it back in. Other than that, this is my go to pre-amp

This really is as good as they say. I asked around about the best channel strip and almost everyone said to go for the API vision. I've been putting this in the unison slot for vocals and bass because there really is a significant difference between the unison and insert slots. Easy to use- the EQ is very simple and straightforward. You can only go in increments of 2, but this is helpful for those that just want to quickly and reliably dial in their desired tone. Only downside is that it takes up a lot of DSP resources.
