Really great on vocals and bass!

UA 175B & 176 Tube Compressor Collection
We had to wait a long time for these two beauties, they're finally here (UAD original) and THANK YOU for the DRY/WET control for parallel compression and for the little HEADROOM screw :-)

PloyMax Synth
An interesting feature for me is the voice panning to generate wide stereo sounds and the entire handling of the plugin is very structured and correspondingly clear even for someone like me who is not a synth nyrth ... THANKS UAD

Even better with Spark.
I’m loving having this great tape emulation on Spark. Makes it a lot more flexible and easy to put on every channel on any mix session.

Beautiful, natural sound
Amazingly vibey for a plugin. The only thing missing from a five star review is the ability to load just the Leslie on its own separately.

Sooooo easy!
When you’re not sure what to use for an input chain, this wins the day everytime. Anywhere from super clean to colourful saturation and “just right” compression for knocking a bit off the top on the way in.

Polymax is a must!
I have owned a lot of synth software. I own komplete and I have several hardware units from Roland and yamaha. Polymax has become the most used synth in my arsenal.
First, it’s incredible! It sounds like exactly what I’m looking for, hi quality lo-fi and saturation. It does chill wave sounds and has a very simple and clean look. The presets are phenomenal! I will say this every time- I like Polymax more than using native instruments komplete. Not to mention the fact that other companies don’t answer emails. UA has had amazing customer service on every product I’ve ever bought. 5 stars! check it out in a demo and see for yourself!

Warm & creamy
Incredible tape emulation, warm & smooth without being overly noisy or wobbly. Tape speeds add subtle low-end roundness to the drum buss. Get it, use it, and love it.

Smooth, clean, & accurate
From what I know of the original hardware unit, this plugin is pretty dang true to form. Gets that classic LA compression & limiting with a clean and clear, FET sound. Great for leveling out vocals or limiting a bass track to sit in the mix and is capable of everything from crushing compression to subtle peak reduction.

It’s theirs
If they cannot make it sound truthful , then who would? It just delivers.

It’s a classic
And it just sounds amazing.

The Frank's Louisianna Hot Sauce of EQ's. I use them on everything!
The real deal EQs. The Frank's Louisianna Hot Sauce of EQ's. I use them on everything! Low DSP utilization and the bonus of receiving them natively make this collection a best buy as well.

Necessity
It’s pretty simple. You need certain processors in your rig. Pultec Eq is one of those. Very smooth and musical to the sound. I enjoy using this on everything.

One of the best!
A B comparisons to the hardware are just mind-blowing. Thanks UA! We need more stuff from Empirical Labs!

Favorite Pedal
Seriously one of the most inspiring pedals/plugins I've ever used. Not only is it simple and easy to use but sounds amazing!

Dial this in FIRST!
I’ve been adopting the “less is more” approach and find the Studer A800 to offer incredible versatility and tone shaping; pre-inserts. The integration in Luna is perfect. The extra time I spend dialing in a Studer means less time adding unnecessary plugins to my insert chain. It can be a huge time saver and makes everything just sound better!

Pretty Breathtakingly Good
I have the hardware, and this is easily 90% of the magic - but I'd say don't compare it to the hardware, that's really not the point. This thing sounds amazing! Recording + Mixing both level up from using this where it shines: vocals and acoustic instruments!

Beautiful!
Since I got the Ravel it‘s my goto piano. I have the impression it reacts more responsive than other Pianos when playing. And it‘s easier to get it sitting in busy mixes.
