Just like the original!
The Avalon plug in works just like the original and the controls and face are really intuitive!

Mighty Helping Hand
I can’t believe I did without them for so long! Glad to have them. I can always depend on them to get me where I need to go. The LA-3A though is the ultimate.

Very nice
Not sure why this doesn't have 5 stars overall at the time I purchased. it is a little heavy on DSP for a Pre but it sounds great on Vocals.

Does not disappoint
The Waterfall is much more detailed and realistic than others I have tried. I have a weighted key controller as well as a Kontakt controller. Both controllers work simultaneously requiring no configuration. I was impressed with the split function built into the plug-in to utilize the “double keyboard” on one keyboard or 2 different ones. The rotary knobs automatically adjusts the sliders. Hearing that chirp and the speed changes on the Leslie makes it authentic. I can think of places to use this already. Fabulous job, thank you!

Fast and furious
easy and fast to set up it is very helpful when time is an issue or when recording yourself and inspiration shows up. For certain keyboard sounds I even prefer to Neve or others.

Convenient and convincing
I have recorded Hammond organ in studios and owned one myself. Great as a real one can be on a good day, this one - the Waterfall B3 organ - sounds great every time.

My new vocal 'go-to'
I have a selection of different mic pre-amp and compressor combos that I have been using in varying degrees. Most recently I had mainly been using the Manley Voxbox... That is until I decided to download and try this VT-737.
The preamp is SO sweet and smooth but with a really open and airy top end. The compressor is fairly transparent and very adaptable, mostly alleviating the need to daisy-chain other compressors into the signal chain. On vocals (which will probably be its only use for me) it sounds absolutely gorgeous and as a 'one-stop shop' Unison insert with sweet mic pre, flexible comp and a really nice EQ section this has just become my absolute 'go-to' in the Unison pre slot and most likely will be for the foreseeable future!

Realistic analog sound
You absolutely don’t need these, but they are awesome.

Very Good
It is an easy synth to understand. Creating new and interesting sounds can be achieved with a few parameters being changed. It has a rich and deep sound. It is a very good synth.

The best compressor emulation of which I am aware
The UAD L2A2 blew doors open for me that I didn't even know were there. This is my "desert island" compressor. If I had to make the unfortunate call; would literally forego all other compressors in lieu of this one. While it is considered ideal for certain applications; I've never found a situation where the L2s couldn't improve the sound quality in some way.

Hands on the best emulation on the Market.
It's just love letter to the Moog mini D. There are some very bad emulations out there form very well known companies. So question is... What you waiting for?
