nimm zb.eine drumspur und leg etwas snare plate drauf - sofort klingt es wie man es von hunderten aufnahmen kennt. der hall wirkt nie aufdringlich. der klang ist immer im raum und nicht wie bei anderen plugins, wo ich immer denke der effekt kommt weit hinter dem instrument obwohl ich kein predelay eingestellt habe.

This is very very accurate. I run it on my Mac Pro 5,1 Catalina based system. Fabulous sounds.

Nice

Can’t say if this is a good emulation or not cos I’ve never used the hardware. However as a piece of software it’s great for unusual chorus effects, it’s very different from other chorus vsts and is worth having as an alternative in my opinion. Great sound and I got it for free, thx UAD

Excellent Sound

Sounds very real and sits really well in a mix. I’m using the UADx plugin in Logic Pro and haven’t experienced any issues like some of the other reviews have said.

Great for tracking

Clean, with just the right amount of warmth

This thing sounds beautiful and, from what I can recall of Manleys IRL, is like having a $3000 piece of gear you can use on every recording and every channel. This has become the first piece of my voiceover channel strip and believe me, I tested every single Unison available. Get it, you won't be disappointed. It's like having the heart of a Voxbox without all the unnecessary features.

Was using manley voxbox due to its high quality preamp, but the Avalon just has something that sets it apart from the rest. Best investment made

Better than ever expected

This does a great job of replicating the Boss/ Roland Chorus. This sounds as good as some of my Boss Waza Chorus pedal without the hassle of running extra cables to my interface in order to get a stereo effect. I haven't tried re-amping this effect, but I'm expecting great results.

oldie but goodie

still a nice tape emulation in 2022 - adds some nice subtle compression and can soften signals and spread them out, making them more pleasant.

Excellent emulation of a classic!

This plugin is amazing, sounds like the real real thing!
I prefer this one rather than the 480L because you can achieve this classic sound fast and simple without messing with lots of parameters.
Please make it resizable! .
