Killer reverb!
Lexicon professional reverbs have their reputation for a very good reason and this plugin recreation by UA doesn't disappoint in any way! It sounds amazing and it just a killer recording tool. This plugin has fast become a go to verb for me. Great job UA!

Excellent!
Great sound chorus pedal, but not only as guitar pedal. I use it on my synths, vocals and more!

The missing piece to make tracks sound like records
I always wondered why people were so obsessed with saturation in production. Someone suggested I put this on every track. Now I get it. Ableton tracks sound like records now.

better direction
It solves sound weaknesses and leads to a better direction. A strong ally during the mix. It was good to introduce. I also like Ampex ATR - 102, so I use it properly.

Simplicity = Sophistication
CTCS. Classic. Tasty. Creamy. Simple. And “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication”, as Da Vinci taught us. Use everything on a “light mood” and it culdn’t be easier to setup a real nice basic sound to work with later on, throughout the recording process. I just love it. Highly recomended.

Smooth and Real
The best reverb plugin that I used, the sound is smooth as real, it can work for what you want, drums, vocals, etc, it will sound amazing always!

Nice Problem Solver
The LA-3A Combined with , say a UAD Pultec EQP-1A Can take a "junk track" and fit it into the mix that other wise would be unusable. I own a lot of their Hardware and Plugins, and for me (who has know to be full of crap a time'r 2) in all catagories, they're at the top of a short list of audio companies.

I simply love this!
So I know that UAD makes the Ampex and Studer tape plugins, but I wanted to give this a try to see if it fit my needs! YES INDEED! This is everything I want and need in a tape plugin. A very organic plugin, without taxing my system. Maybe after I upgrade my system, I will get the Ampex and Studer, but for now, this is all I need! Goes on all of my plugin inserts on my DAW, and it takes me back to when I was recording on a 1" tape recorder! Thanks Universal Audio for an amazing plugin!

Vintage tape sound
The best way to get that tape tone without the hassle. UA scores again.

Elite chorusing.
Crazy good recreation of the Boss CE-1 pedal with added functionality. This blew my mind.

Hard pressed to find things it doesn't sound good on.
Anytime I find myself pausing in a mix, wondering what a sound 'needs' to just feel better. I reach for the EL8! It can really bring a vocal forward in a mix, fatten up any drum you throw at it, add grit to guitars and can probably even park your car ;) Swiss army tool for sure! Love it. Highly recommended.

Loved the legacy version. Until I upgraded!
I was convinced I didn't 'need' to upgrade to the full collection having really enjoyed using the legacy versions. That said. I demo'd the upgrade for one mix and there was no going back. The EQP 1-A is stellar on vocals and acoustic, love the air it brings. the HLF-3C is great for high and low end attenuation. I've been using it for filter sweeps in a way that just sounds better then other plugins! The MEQ 5 has endless uses. Not much more to say, the plugin speaks for itself! Give it a demo and you won't go back.
