Finally!! (Feeling relieved)
I trialed the Roland Space Echo (the previous iteration) months ago and loved it - tried it on some guitars and was blown away by the vintage sound - then I went to buy it and found out that it had been withdrawn due to the contract between UA and Roland expiring - I was gutted - anyway - fast forward 6 months and this new one was released - the next day I bought it - amazing. Nothing more to say!!! Go get it!

My 'go to' compressor for vocals!!
I already own a few compressor plugin emulations but had a try on this one and felt it was a real necessity - it has a richness and authenticity to it which contrasts it to the 1176 plugins - a real weapon to craft top class vocals - buy it!!!

Special Studer Sauce!!!
I owned the Ampex ATR-102 for a while - it was one of the first UA plugins that I purchased - I love using it on a master bus - but I wanted something for individual channels and trialed the Studer - really has this cumulative effect - the more you use it the more it seems to add depth and subtle warmth to a mix - go get it - you'll be using it forever more!!

Galaxy Tape Echo Review
This plugin has an amazing sounding spring reverb(and tape delay, of course)
The first time using it, I plugged my guitar in and set it to reverb only, played a chord and BAM! It added instant Dap Tone like vibe to my guitar. Combined with my AKG BX20 and EMT 140 Plate Reverb, I have all of the ambience processing options I will ever need. Again, another fantastic product!

Amazing and easy to use plugin! Perfect on Vocals!
I think this bundle of the LA-2A is just amazing. It works perfect, especially on vocals. I use it on every project! And it is a very simple plugin to use but it sounds great! It is one of the best plugins that i know. go try it out!

It works
Having the studer and this one I feel is a good combo for individual tracks. If warming is the task, with the first one, if some shine is needed with the second.

A simple way to add life to the mix!
I found this tape emulation very easy to use and really handy to immediately add that tape sparkle and warmth to individual tracks. When you push the settings a bit it adds a soft compression which is a great starting point for further processing. Puts back some of the "life" that is so often missing in digital recordings!

This Classic Tape Delay is a must-have!
I Love this one on Vocals and Guitars! It gives a kind of space and vibe not to be had with other reverbs and/or delays. It doesn't carry the Roland name anymore, but it IS that sound! So go for it and enjoy it... I surely do!

I sold my hardware Roland Dimension D! Nuff said!
I always loved my Roland Dimension D for widening my vocal (and other) tracks. Now I have that sound in the box! and can use multiple instances with different settings. A classic Roland effect that you must have in your "mixing arsenal"!

"The Lexicon sound" that I know so well and absolutely love!
This one I use in every mix! So easy to get that luxury space that Lexicon is known for.
Halls, chambers, rooms... always sublime on vocals and other key channels in your mix. This is a must-have.

THOSE TRANSFORMERS
the difference made just running the mix bus through this thing might be worth the price...

So cool!
So far, I'm loving thisStuder® A800 Multichannel Tape Recorder. It really does sound incredible.

Love it!
Lush and airy... It's easy to find the sweet spot w/ the Lexicon® 224 Digital Reverb plug in.
It's not the RMS 16, that's a totally different animal. You should get that one too.. They're both useful in their own way!

Came with Apollo USB Twin promo - I've experimented with it - yes it does as advertised.
Research saves resources.

My number one tape
This tape machine is my absolute favorite. It has the sound characteristic i crave for. It is easy to tweak and not only glues the instruments together; it gives them depth and warmth. Although with very few adjustments available it does give big possibilities. I preferred this Oxide Tape to the Studer multi track.
A song recorded on this Oxide tape and the whole printed to the Ampel Master Tape . . . just fantastic!

Magic
I still don't really understand what actually happens with the sound source when applying the Fairchild, but i sure do love it! As i am more of a listener than a technician it is a blast to tweak this limiter and be surprised what it does to whatever you run through it. The drums breathe, the bass chews, the guitars get etherical . . . and so on. I never had the pleasure of using a real Fairchild before. But now i know why it is so beloved. It inspires to do more than was thought possible. And most of all; it makes the music sound good and puts in its place by giving each sound source the main character on stage. As if you have a movie with only main character actors. And it all just blends.
