Really impressed with the satellite, I wsan't sure about whether the difference in being able to use UAD plugins would be worth the original outlay for the card + the plugins, but my mixes just sound better straight away. I've found myself using less plugins when mixing, and getting to the sound I want much faster than I could before

Capitol chambers
Beautiful addition, but note; you can’t split a large plug in like capitol chambers on two chips. So two instances can get hairy.

Portable, Powerful, and Perfect
Love my UA Apollo Twin Duo, but really wanted more SHARC power. Adding the UAD-2 Accelerator ups my Core count by 5 times and lets me run an incredible amount of Plugins. Highly recommended if you want some more power for your current system, or just want UA to add to your favorite audio interface(s). :)

This device came as a bonus for purchasing another UA device. It has helped tremendously and allows me to run as man plugins as I want without a sweat. Wish it came with thunderbolt 3 connections. 9/10

Just what the doctor ordered
I have an Apollo Twin that I travel with. I needed a permanent solution for my home studio. This was the icing on the cake. Knowing I still had all of my plug-ins, this was a no brainer. There were times my computer slowed down and the Satellite solved this problem. Tons of DSP. Only downfall is that now I’m buying more plugins.

Bought Ultimate but need more Oomp
Octo got that DSP I need for these great plugs. Easy to setup and use. Running 14 chips now and sessions are a blast to mix.

OCTO - Awesome
Just transferred over system from a desktop to laptop. Have a duo card in the old system. Awesome to now be portable (satellite packs down nicely into my laptop bag) and to have ample DSP (OCTO) to keep creative without compromise.

Good stuff
Works great w/ my Twin. Now I can have many instances of reverb open, and processing w/out having to worry about dsp. Was thinking about going the outboard reverb route for orchestral work, but am very happy I didn't. Awesome box.

Gave me 70% percent more dsp on a project
I was in the middle of mixing a large session. It was time to buy an octo. I was way overdue. So I did...plugged it in. And my dsp usage went from maxed to 29%
I already want another one because you can never have enough dsp
