    I’m really loving the API Vision Channel Strip Collection. I can’t quite explain it, but it brings this analog vibe to the mix that I really enjoy. When I run things through its preamp, EQ, and compressor, the final result —especially on the master— sounds much tighter, fuller, and punchier. It adds a kind of character that’s hard to get with other plugins.

    Very versatile. Unison flexibility

    Impart the API sound onto your recording input like going through an API hardware channel. The UAD unison technology is sensational. I also have the 610-B, Manley VOXBOX and the Universal Audio Century Tube Channel Strip. All great unison preamp choices and colors. Would love to see some Voice-over presets for podcasts or audio books. Thanks.

For every UAD plug-in that supports native and Apollo/UAD-2 versions, you get a license for both upon purchase, or the option to get it through an upgrade.

Native plug-ins are supported on macOS and Windows systems. See our Native UAD System Requirements article for full system requirements. An iLok account is required for managing your native plug-in licenses. We support iLok USB keys for portability, but one is not required.
