Das Besondere am Distressor sind die verschiedenen Kompressionsstufen — 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 6:1, 10:1, 20:1 und Nuke — die jeweils einzigartige Sounds bieten. Der Sidechain-Regler des Distressors beseitigt unerwünschtes Pumpen im Tieftonbereich, — perfekt für die Bearbeitung des Drum-Busses — während Band Emphasis schrille Vocals und harte Instrumentenspitzen in der "Power Region" zähmt. Zudem kannst Du "Plug-in only"-Funktionen wie Dry/Wet Mix für eine einfache Parallelkompression auf einem Mix-Bus oder einer Instrumentengruppe nutzen.

Very transparent plugin

Awesome Compressor
This Distressor is everything as advertised. I placed on my vocal buss and without adjusting any parameter, the vocals sound better. I don’t know how to describe ‘better’, other than stronger, clearer . . ., just noticeably better.
I’ve just begun to use this on other tracks, but everywhere I’ve placed it, it made things sound better.
